Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed and free of odors
• In original condition
• Returned with original tags attached
• Returned with any original packaging, when applicable

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise not caused by a manufacturing or fulfillment issue

No Exchanges

Kasual Wear does not offer exchanges. Customers who need a different size, color, or style must return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Kasual Wear error or an approved defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact Kasual Wear within 5 days of delivery at info@kasualwears.com. For damaged products, please provide clear photographs showing the damage, the full product, the packaging/shipping label, and the order number. Do not wash, wear, alter, or discard the item or its packaging before Kasual Wear has reviewed the claim. We may request additional information or photographs. Claims submitted after the 5-day reporting period may not be eligible for a refund or other remedy

Return Approval and Shipping
Return instructions must be obtained from Kasual Wear before sending a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Kasual Wear fulfillment error or an approved damaged/defective product. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
